5 things I did this week NOT found in the business mentors guru handbook…\n\n1️⃣ flew the fam out to New York for a week of family time…\n\n2️⃣ took a dimmer switch down week - only focusing on current clients (early AM work only)\n\n3️⃣ visited the city twice, hitting up the Zoo (obviously)\n\n4️⃣ celebrated my mother in laws retirement \n\n5️⃣ two gym work outs and one 90 minute game of football \n\nBut does this mean there was no business progression or everything fell apart 👀\n\nNope. \n\nWe had George, Suzy, Kate, Kendall, Leah, Damian, Ben and Ayaz all get started inside The Private Coaching and Systems of Scale!\n\n(+two current clients upgraded to Systems of Scale when they heard about Miami 😂)\n\nInside?\n\n💥 Josh reported a 23k month - with calls and pipeline still to play out…\n\n💥 Jack reported a best month ever, with another 4 clients this week and new team member on board as he closes in on multi-six figures…\n\n💥 Kate joined 6 weeks ago with below 2k of monthly rev on average - first six weeks she’s done over £7k collected + MRR created! \n\n💥 Fraser’s two week launch of his £297 group programme has hit over 150 members for this second intake - over 45k of revenue between collected and 90 day splits\n\nFunnily enough - all four businesses completely different products, prices and marketing strategies used (that’s 100% bespoke for you)\n\nYou see, some will tell you that you need to hustle 24\/7 to make business work.\n\nI believe that when there’s no “fluff” in your marketing and it’s made both repeatable and bespoke to you - you can have it all Coach 👊\n\nHere’s to a huge week ahead!

When you’re in hyper growth mode with the business there can be too many ideas, you can spin too many plates and procrastination can hit you HARRRD. I went a little crazy and created 50+ of these 😂 [Phil here just plugged in one for ads]… I call them Action Builders, In short, it’s done for you - drag and drop lead gen strategies that all take less than 30 mins to implement and very little templating (if any at all) that we’re bolting onto our client's [custom] 6 marketing plans so we can amplify their lead generation even further [and faster] Phil also did one just before the live event a couple week back and had to rush off to take calls - that closed in to clients - before our pre-event get together! The results across the board with these simple game-plan additions are going WILDDD. July = Normally ‘quiet’ for coaches... July In The Private Coaching = Fire. So many coaches saying "It's already BME" (best month ever) inside our weekly win, challenge, goals... See, we won’t EVER stop creating the next best thing. Ever. It's an obsession we have to take the best results in the industry and ask challenging questions like "How can we triple the speed of results"... This has actually had me this past week creating our new "Never Ending Leads" System which is going to change the game for our coaches - who are already thriving but are always hungry for more! Great people around you start with those who support you… I remember in my first business being days out from an event that had over six-figures of outstanding invoices from the contractors who were meant to come and build the show for thousands of attendees. And being told that they won’t come unless they’re paid. I didn’t have any rich peeps around me for any ‘get out of jail free’ solutions to solve the problem and I was in a panic. I couldn’t see the solution at all. There wasn’t one as far as I was aware. And in two scenarios with people close to me I was frustrated that they didn’t see it as a big deal. I’d never expect anyone to ‘feel for me’ - especially back then - but I was aware that I was voicing how bad this could be and both were flat calm. So I asked “Why are you so calm about all of this” - thinking it was a lack of caring… One said: “I know you and every time it looks impossible you always find the solution - so I already know it’ll be OK” The other - best man at my wedding - said: “Out of everyone I know - there’s only one person I would feel comfortable being in this situation and it’s you - because you’ll solve it and probably end up making it look easy” They offered me nothing in terms of a tangible solution. But they instilled so much belief in me that my energy, my excitement and my problem solving ability completely changed. Days later, everyone showed up on time, the show went on and it was a success (after some longer term contract negotiations and appeasement strategies 😂) Having people around you that support and believe in you is like a super power. Like a good football crowd is called the 12th man - because that support can literally give you an unfair advantage when you’re the one in the arena with it. Who’s your biggest supporters? Every time I see a lemonade stand, I stop and buy way more than I need 😂 Growing up for me it was selling Tetley Tea Men and Power Ranger collectibles in school, followed by nocking on doors at 7 to wash cars, then picking wilks on the sea shore and selling them to the fish market at night… …club nights, my first “proper” business for five years before selling it, two years marketing consultancy before 5-6 years of close coaching a year. A huge part of the advantage is in loving the process. And for most entrepreneurs I’ve found that when times get tough, they “think” they don’t love the process. But when you step back you’ll realize that the pressure of the process is exactly what makes the micro wins every day feel so good. And the macro wins don’t feel as good as you thought (because the process and pursuit of progress was actually the thing that was so exciting) Here’s to a big week ahead. I’m no mindset coach but I’ve done enough self-development to understand the impact of this question for bizz growth. “What is your WHY?” A powerful question which allows you to leverage your decision making, drive behind your actions and the amount of effort you put into a goal. Let’s take breaking through a certain income bracket for an example. You see, once a coach reaches a certain income bracket. Whether that’s 4K a month, 7K, even 9K… Growing way beyond these numbers becomes a whole lot more than just doing it for the financial stability. If your bills are covered, you can go on holiday when you want, there’s plenty of cash left over and so on… …then what’s the reason to go higher? Let that sink in for a moment. See, I can sure give you strategies to take you there. Deep 6 figures, multi 6 even 7 figures. Heck, for June alone I’ve had 30+ clients alone report wins above 15K (and that’s just the reported) for the month. But those clients (along side having a killer marketing strategy) have a very deep reason as to WHY they show up, put in the consistent work load, take a ‘bad’ day on the chin like George Foreman and are just plain and simply relentless. Monetary wins matter more when they're attached to people outside of yourself… Anyone who’s followed me for a while knows that I’m not really interested in material things. I wear the same £6 black or white non-branded t-shirts every day and have done for about 15 years But I have no issue in anyone going for them when it truly makes them happy (that’s awesome if it does!) However, the thing that hypes me about the monetary wins from our private coaching clients is what it means to those around them - and how that makes them FEEL! When coaches talk about weddings, babies, dream homes, life changing surgeries, charity work, family holidays and other meaningful events - it lights me up ❤️ If you want motivation for the week ahead I’ll leave you with these two questions: Who - outside of myself - suffers if I don’t grow my business? Who - outside of myself - benefits if I do grow my business? These questions change the game for mindset - and getting what needs done, DONE 👊👊
