I thought we would be able to refinish the original cabinets but so glad we didn’t waste our time. These cabinets were affordable as was the counter and backsplash. Material cost for this kitchen was about $2500.

This cute little thing has come a long way! Appraiser may not have agreed but that’s just part of the game. We know what equity we hold and our first Short term renter will be in next week. Cash flowing over $1000 a month!
Real estate is powerful and I cannot preach that enough. This is a tough buyers market right now but if you can find your diamond in the rough, Go for it!
