2,813 Allstaters took 35M+ steps and helped raise $100,000 for the National Domestic Violence Hotline. 💜

I came across a study the other day that surprised me.
Turns out flowers don’t just look good. 💐
They do an amazing job of reducing stress and anxiety! 🧠

As a leader at my agency, I pay attention to anything that affects how we show up.
And stress? It’s always in the room, even on the good days.

The idea that something as simple and natural as flowers could shift the energy of a day just enough to matter? That stuck with me.

So I’ve started being more intentional about having them around in my workspace and in my life.

Not as decoration.

As a small investment in positive energy and good vibes.

It’s easy to overlook simple things, but sometimes simple things can change the tone of the whole day. This one already has. 🌼

I'll admit it… I didn’t know the “Allstate” name came from this tire. 😅 Turns out, if you’re selling auto insurance, the auto section at Sears isn’t a bad place to look for inspiration!

Almost 95 years later, the name stands for so much more than rubber on the road. 💙
