The FED doesn't seem to know what cost-push inflation (Supply Side) is and by continuing to raise rates they are actually making it worse. This rare situation and the FED reaction to it is scaring the hell out of me. We are on course to break jobs, then after that the next stop is depression, which could be far worse than the great depression because so much of our personal wealth is in depreciable assets and paycheck to paycheck living is the normal. Recent interviews with the worlds monetary policy leaders show that they have no understanding of basic economics and have no real answers to the current inflation problem. Rates and household debit are at multi-decade highs, and inflation is still rising out of control. Even if you are one of the ones that is still doing well, don't you feel that something isn't right with our economy?
