This year marks 45 years of DSP Insurance.
Since 1981, our agency has grown by taking care of our clients, investing in our people, and doing business the right way. A great deal has changed, but the foundation of DSP remains the same: service, independence, trusted relationships, and technical expertise.
I am especially proud that DSP remains independent and locally led. That independence allows us to make long-term decisions, invest back into the organization, and create meaningful opportunities for our employees. I am personally proud to lead the agency alongside an ownership team that believes deeply in our people, our clients, and the responsibility we have to protect what has been built while continuing to move DSP forward.
Being recognized as one of the best agencies to work for reflects the culture our team has created and the quality of people who serve our clients every day.
As we celebrate our history, we are also investing in the future through technology, artificial intelligence, and expanded risk-management capabilities. These investments give our people better tools to improve accuracy, responsiveness, and the overall client experience.
