We’ve released several platform enhancements designed to streamline multi-account operations, protect early client retention, and strengthen integration governance across your organization.

Here is a quick look at what’s new this month:

🔸 Streamlined Lead Sharing Across Account Hierarchies: Parent accounts can now select authorized child sub-companies directly during CSV imports. Mail lead records automatically share across both parent and sub-account list views with end-to-end status tracking—eliminating manual re-entry and duplicate records.

🔸 First Draft Payment Date Guardrails: Administrators can now configure maximum scheduling windows for initial client payments directly within enrollment plans. Establishing these guardrails prevents first drafts from being pushed too far into the future, helping your team drive timely engagement and protect early retention.

🔸 System Activity Logging for API Resets: Super Admins now gain complete visibility over integration security. The system log automatically records API key refresh events with precise timestamps and user details, making credential rotation tracking seamless.
