So happy for my client who just purchased his first home 🏡❤️ And what an emotional closing it has been. The seller reminisced on 38 years of beautiful memories in this house. ❤️ I am wishing Oscar many many years of creating his own beautiful memories now. ❤️
Oh, and the best part is that Oscar’s monthly mortgage payments on his new home will be less than the majority of people are paying to rent a two-bedroom apartment ‼️❤️

Did you purchase your primary home before April of 2022 and have lived there for the past 12 months? If so, you may be eligible for Maine Homestead Property Tax Exemption.
