The unexpected closure of Wise Company has impacted many families in our community, and our hearts are with everyone who has been affected. During times like these, we believe this is what community banking is all about—neighbors helping neighbors.

To support those who have lost their jobs due to the closure, Central Bank will waive monthly service fees until January 1st, 2027 for customers who were employed by Wise Company.

If your employment information has not been updated in our system, the fee will not be waived automatically. Simply give us a call or stop by any of our locations with a recent pay stub showing your employment at Wise Company, and we’ll be happy to update your information and waive your monthly service fee.

If you are a Central Bank loan customer and are experiencing financial hardship because of this closure, please reach out to us! Loan payment extensions may be available on a case-by-case basis, and we’ll do our best to work with you during this difficult time.

Whether you’re a Central Bank customer or not, we’re also offering FREE resume printing to anyone who needs it while searching for their next opportunity. Stop by any of our locations—we’re here to help.

Saturday we were able to sponsor and volunteer for Sisters Impacting Savannah. Ms Margaret Steele and her volunteers have made this a labor of love and has tremendous compassion for our community.

Sisters Impacting Savannah, a non-profit organization providing impactful programs to the community, has been making a difference in Savannah since 2018. Founded on the principle of giving back, SIS has been serving students and families through various initiatives, including their annual Back-to-School event. This event has provided essential school supplies, new shoes, and access to health screenings, benefiting numerous students'.
