Coastal Tax Centers is currently hiring! We are seeking an Operations & Client Relationships Specialist to join our team. The individual will be responsible for the following:
• Manage a variety of projects and tasks for a tax planning firm specializing in retirement tax savings.
• Effectively communicate and manage client interactions including onboarding new clients and servicing existing clients with a goal to delight them.
• Develop, review, and enhance efficient operational procedures and strategic plans.
• Utilize CRM, provide timely and accurate project management and lead weekly meetings via Zoom or in-office.
• Occasionally work with external creative agency on marketing and planning strategies.
• Ensure compliance of outside regulatory and legal requirements through annual filing tasks.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
• Previous financial experience helpful, but not necessary.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, customer service and problem solving skills.
• Extremely organized and task oriented with the ability to manage multiple different agenda items at the same time.
• Detail oriented to proof documents for errors.
• Proactive with the ability to work with little supervision.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 suite of programs, specifically Excel and Outlook.
• Experience or knowledge of Google docs, PDF files, CRM systems, Zoom & Zoom reports, and LinkedIn.
• Experience with social media platforms and email marketing campaigns helpful.
• Ability to work both remotely and in the office downtown in the historic district.
