You had some great answers to the trivia last week!

The top two garden items in Michigan are: tomatoes 🍅 and black-eyed Susan’s!

You can find both of those at this weeks local spotlight: Fields Farm and Garden!

Husband and wife Josh and Angela Fields moved to Sault Ste. Marie with their two kids in 2022, and were looking for a house with enough space to raise chickens. Angela designed kitchens, and Josh worked in the Coast Guard, but they decided to spend their next few years raising farm animals in a small town. They ended up moving into the former Gregory Gardens property.

Angela and Josh, along with their two best helpers, have revitalized the gardens and engaged the community. They host a wildly popular event called “Full Moon Market”. An after business hours celebration of local crafters, artisans, musicians, foodies, and so much more.

The next event is June 29th at 7 pm.
