Rob was responsive, straightforward, and always available when I had a question. As we got closer to closing, he and Tara did an excellent job keeping everything moving and communicating what was needed.
There were a few items that needed clarification along the way, and Rob addressed them quickly and made sure the final loan terms were what we had discussed. We closed on time, the process was organized, and there were no surprises at the closing table.
I appreciate Rob’s professionalism and would absolutely work with him and NFM Lending again.

The previous lender was not a good fit and fortunately I was able to refer them to Chris half way through the contract. Chris went full speed ahead and he and his team was able to pull tricks out of a hat to get this file to closing when others said it couldnt be done.
