Many buyers expect a deal to stand out right away. Underpriced, perfect condition, easy to spot. Something that feels like an easy yes. But in reality, the best opportunities are often less obvious. They might need small updates, better timing, or simply a different perspective to recognize the value.

That is why they get overlooked. By the time a deal looks perfect, everyone else sees it too and competition increases.

Many buyers think they need more savings first. More cushion. More certainty before making a move. The idea is that once everything feels perfect, the decision will feel easier and less stressful.
