Effective Monday, April 4, 2016, our Alternative Dispute Resolution Company will now accept disputes submitted on line for both Mediation and Arbitration.
Disputes to be reviewed for Mediation, where the disputed sums are less then $20,000. will require both parties to submit a three page type written document, via email or scanned, in a time line format stating your position in the dispute, along with a check for $100.00 from each disputant to commence the Mediation process. Depending on the time allocated to the dispute including phone and email transmissions and our review / response our fee will not exceed $300. per disputant.
For Mediation's where the disputed sums are in excess of $20,000 up to $1 Million, the fees are doubled as to the anticipated time and review. For disputes in excess of $1 Million, please contact us via phone at our office at 941-388-7433, or email us at [email protected].
Disputes submitted for binding Arbitration will require the client to execute our "Engagement Letter" setting forth our professional relationship with you, along with a retainer payment of $3500. Our hourly rate is set at $350.00 which will be billed monthly.
Our Expert Witness Testimony division will not be accepting on line submissions at this time.
