On Friday, Community Affairs Director Kaitlyn Perez had the distinct privilege of accepting a breathtaking donation toward the agency's SCSO 5th Annual Holiday Toy Drive. Just after 1 p.m., George Priovolos delivered a check for $10,000 on behalf of USHealth Advisors GP Region. George did not want a photo or social media shoutout, only to make sure the sheriff's office takes good care of our community's children this holiday season.

George and team: please know we are absolutely blown away and humbled by your contribution. We will take a good portion of these funds and tomorrow evening, go shopping for developmental toys, and a few last-minute essentials including diapers, wipes, bottles, and more, for the more than 300 children under the age of 3 who are enrolled in the Guardian ad Litem 12 program and have been removed from their homes due to abuse and neglect.
