This can build you generational wealth, it's the smartest use of the VA Loan I've ever seen.

Here's what I've seen some servicemembers doing lately:

They're using a VA Construction Loan to buy either:
- A fixer upper
- A plot of land

Using that to build a multi-unit property. They live in one and rent out the others. If done right, this can cover the entire monthly payment.

On top of that, if you PCS, you can do it all over again in your new location. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for veterans and active service members.

That's $0 down and turning it into an income property that you can own outright.

I had to look into this, here’s what I found 👇

This vet DM’d me asking if he could use a VA loan to buy land and build a fourplex on it.

I’d never been asked this before so I had to look into it.
Turns out, there’s such a thing as a VA construction loan and Veterans can get up to $1M to buy and build multi-unit buildings (as long as they live in one of the units for at least a year).

But after that, they can move out and turn the property into a pure income property.

I’d never heard of people doing this, so I had to call some people to make sure it’s possible, but it turns out it is.
