Pricing is where most independent trainers talk themselves out of good money.

A few things that help:

- Charge for the result, not the hour. People pay for progress, not time on a clock.

- Work out what you need to earn, then build your rate backwards from there. Do not just copy the gym down the road.

- Raise your rates with new clients first. It feels less scary than changing prices on people you already train.

Undercharging does not make you more booked. It just makes you tired.
