NOW HIRING ! Seeking an experienced Escrow Closer for our Englewood, Florida location.
Qualifications:
> Demonstrated experience managing real estate Closings, including preparation of settlement statements and coordination of all closing activities.
> Active Escrow and Licensed Title Agent experience, with strong knowledge of title insurance practices, escrow accounting, and compliance requirements.
> Background in Residential Real Estate, with familiarity in purchase, refinance, and related transaction types and documentation.
> Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and maintain professionalism with all parties.
> Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously.
> Proficiency with title and closing software, standard office applications, and secure document handling processes.
> Knowledge of Florida real estate and title regulations; prior experience as a Florida Licensed Title Agent strongly preferred but willing to train candidate with a lending or real estate related background.
> This is an on-site position in our Englewood, Florida, office. Some travel outside the office will be required.
