Earlier this month, FCCI Risk Control teammates from across all regions came together for the 2026 Risk Control Conference at our Home Office in Sarasota!

From team building to connecting with colleagues across the company, it was a fantastic opportunity to learn, share and grow together.

We’re excited to share that FCCI’s Georgia Branch raised $4,525 to support Cystic Fibrosis research through the 2026 Great Strides Atlanta walk for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation on Saturday, May 16. Teammates from FCCI’s Georgia Branch Office walked alongside Atlanta insurance community colleagues and our agency partners at Snellings Walters Insurance Agency.

Thank you to everyone who donated and walked! Your generosity helps make a difference in the fight against this rare genetic disease. We’re honored to be part of Insure the Cure and support this important cause.

Last Thursday, FCCI’s Georgia Branch Office welcomed agency partners and teammates to a Lunch & Learn at the beautiful TPC Sugarloaf. The event was filled with meaningful conversations, valuable insights and opportunities to strengthen relationships through networking and collaboration.

We’re grateful for the chance to connect with our agency partners and learn more about how we can support their goals and continued success in the months ahead.

On Wednesday, May 13, Toastmasters International presented FCCI Insurance Group with the 2025–2026 Corporate Recognition Award for enhancing employee engagement through continued support of the Toastmasters program. The award is intended to recognize organizations that sponsor the Toastmasters program and empower their teammates to become more effective communicators and leaders.

Gauri Seshadri, First Vice President of Toastmasters International, presented the award during an FCCI Toastmasters club meeting. The award was accepted by FCCI’s Director of Learning & Development, Colleen Berish.

FCCI’s Toastmasters Club was chartered in 1990 and currently includes 26 members.

It’s almost time! The 2026 Great Strides Atlanta walk for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation takes place Saturday, May 16, 2026, at the Suwanee Town Center in Suwanee, GA. Teammates from FCCI’s Georgia Branch Office are ready to walk with our Insure the Cure colleagues and our Snellings Walters Insurance Agency agency partners to support the research being done to find a cure for CF!🙌💙

CF is a rare, progressive, life-shortening disease that affects every organ in the body. Around 40,000 people in the U.S. have CF, and around 1,000 new cases are diagnosed each year. There is currently no cure.

Since 2011, the Atlanta insurance community has come together to form Insure the Cure to support the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and to honor Clay Snelling’s daughter Emily, who was born with CF. If you would like to help us reach our goal to raise $3,500, please visit:
