We are so excited for this new guideline change from Fannie Mae! Starting for any loan submitted after Nov 18, 2023, the minimum downpayment for a conventional loan on a 2, 3 or 4 unit property has been reduced to 5% or 95% LTV! 🏡 🎊🎉

Previously it was 15% down for a duplex and 25% down for a 3 or 4 unit property. 🏡 😳
