De los Hispanoamericanos encuestados, el 23% dijo que el idioma era un impedimento en el procesode la hipoteca.
Mas de un tercio, el 38% dijo que no pudo encontrar prestamistas que hablen español en su region, y solo 17% recibio servicios de traduccion de una empresa. Los problemas resultaron en grandes retrasos para los prestatarios de habla hispana, con un 24% que sugirio que les tomo 3 semanas o mas completer un solicitud.

En una respuesta mas preocupante, el 51% de los encuestados nesecitaba contratar a un traductor professional por un costo adicional. El uso de procesadores internos u otros empleados para traducir es costoso y require mucho tiempo, y los prestamistas no reconocen el costo oculto de los traductores, dijo Dave.
