There has been an EXPLOSION in U.S. Debt in October. The Federal fiscal year begins on Oct. 1st, however, this year is an anomaly from past beginnings. October surprises just keep on coming!

Folks, don't be fooled with today's BLS jobs report. I assure you this will be revised downward at some point "post-election". Just like it was revised downward by over 850k in August.

Of the 430k jobs "created" in September, over 53% were obtained by people in the 16-19 year old age range. Didn't school just start? Aren't many of those supposed to be in school? Something stinks here folks.

This sent the bond market into a tailspin this morning. If you want to know why mortgage pricing is rising again, this is why. The more you know!🧐
