y Pennington is a young mother with a zest for life. Always looking for the best in every situation, Kelly has become an esteemed ally to her colleagues. After graduating Analy High School, Kelly began her journey into the business world. Having grown up around the mortgage industry it didn’t take Kelly long to realize that all she wanted to do was help make it possible for people to own a home and have something that is entirely theirs. In the fall of 2012 Kelly brought new life into this world and her adorable son Jack became the center of her world. She knew that she wanted to be able to give him the world and to do so she was going to need to have a career that would provide for her and her new baby. Kelly set out to get her NMLS license so she could do just that. Kelly is known by many for her inclination toward spending time in nature, her family values and her clear idea on what is right and good in this world. Throughout her life Kelly remained an honor roll student and when she became a childcare provider she got CPR certified so that she could help any child she was watching. Her attention to detail and good manners have driven Kelly to become one of the youngest producing mortgage loan originators in the business. Kelly has a unique advantage because her father has been a mortgage loan originator for over 27 years and has shared his experiences, victories and failures with her so that she may use them to become a stronger loan originator here in California. In her first year as a mortgage loan originator Kelly was able to close a loan in 15 days, which would be difficult for a seasoned loan originator. She enjoys wandering the forest for inspiration, cuddling with her dog and taking her son to the beach. She is among the younger group of loan originators which allows her to give her clients a fresh, modern look into the world of home loans. Kelly grew up in Sonoma County and spent the majority of her life in Guerneville and Sebastopol. She was raised with her older brother and younger sister and after her father got remarried she added 3 new siblings to her ever growing family. Over the years Kelly has developed a wonderful ability to work well with a team and lend support wherever it is needed.
