Even though she was new to the process Philena had a great knowledge base and preformed all the tasks expertly. She made the process so easy. She also answered all my questions in an understandable manner. I had recently lost my wife and was emotional about taking her name off the deed but Philena showed great compassion and got me through the paperwork with ease. I highly recommend her.
