The 30A housing market is waking up. After two years of stalled sales and bloated inventory, the dam broke this Spring. Inventory is dropping fast and transactions are spiking.

If you are selling: The 2021 bidding wars are over. If you overprice it to "test the market," you will sit for over 100 days. If you are in a private listing, not marketed to all the potential buyers, you are missing out on buyers, competition and higher net proceeds.
