My buyer had to switch lenders the week of closing and I am amazed and incredibly grateful that she and her team were able to start a new loan process and get us to the closing table in less than 2 weeks. Kelly's work ethic is unparalleled, her communication is excellent, and most of all - she got us to the finish line and saved the transaction from terminating. We had so many questions when we were just shopping around for rates, and Kelly was by far the most patient and positive broker to speak with us. She put in so much time to help us understand everything, which I'm sure she does for everybody, but her chats were always very warm and personal. It's a big, expensive decision, and we felt we had someone in our corner, helping us navigate our way into our new home.
