Free! Beach wheelchairs! Pass on the info 🌊⛱️🐚

Beach wheelchairs are free at all these local state beaches:

Reservable in advance:
♿ Natural Bridges State Beach
♿ Seacliff State Beach
♿ Sunset State Beach

First come, first served:
♿ Seabright State Beach
♿ Twin Lakes State Beach

🧑🏽‍💻 Wheelchairs can be reserved at least five days before your visit. If you don't make a reservation, the wheelchairs are still available on a first-come, first-served basis. 😊

Beach wheelchairs are also available at Seabright and Twin Lakes state beaches on a first-come, first-served only basis. Check in at the lifeguard tower.

Give yourself a minute (or a day) to see how you’re feeling. Checking in with your emotions can sometimes be hard to do if you’re not used to it.
Whatever you find, you are not alone. Take a little more time to find someone to talk to. A friend, a family member or (best) a therapist!
