10 YEARS. ONE DECISION. A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT LIFE.

Ten years ago, I decided I wanted to get healthier.

Not because I wanted to look better.

I wanted to be there for my wife.
For my kids.
And, eventually, for myself.

It didnā€™t happen overnight.

There was no magic diet. No 30-day transformation. No finish line.

Just small decisions, made over and over again.

I started moving more.
I started cooking with more intention.
I started training.
I started going to the gym.
I started taking better care of myself.

And I still lived my life.

I traveled. I ate good food. I had fun. I enjoyed myself.

Somewhere along the way, getting healthy stopped being about changing my body and became about building a life I didnā€™t want to miss.

Today, Iā€™m in the best shape of my life.

And maybe the best part?

Adventure has become part of the lifestyle.

Travel keeps me moving.
New experiences keep me curious.
Training keeps me strong.
Taking care of myself keeps me young.

This isnā€™t a transformation that happened in 10 weeks.

Itā€™s a transformation that happened over 10 years.

Because health isnā€™t just about living longer.

Itā€™s about being healthy enough to live more.
