At West Coast Community Bank, relationship banking is at the heart of everything we do. For Rob Osterbauer, SVP regional president for San Luis Obispo County, that starts with understanding the people, businesses and communities behind the numbers.
Rob brings a unique perspective to his role, combining years of banking experience with a background as a CPA and expertise in tax and succession planning. He's also a firm believer in continuous learning and staying connected to the communities and industries he serves.
When he's not helping clients navigate important financial decisions, Rob gives back through community involvement. He has served on the executive board of ! Charities and previously served on the board of Poly's Center for Innovation & Entrepreneurship.
One thing that makes Rob especially proud to be part of WCCB is the teamwork. “I’m really pleased with how well our team works together with our risk, retail and loan closing partners,” he says.
Rob also appreciates WCCB's knowledgeable, common-sense approach to banking and the wide range of experience across the organization.
If there's one thing he'd like people to know about him, it's that he enjoys watching others succeed. Seeing coworkers grow, develop their careers and step into leadership roles is something he finds especially rewarding.
