We would like to take a few moments to tell you a little about ourselves and why you should call on us for all of your real estate needs. My wife, Veronica, and I have been full time Realtors in the Santa Clarita Valley since the Fall of 1988. Both of us have been long time residents of Santa Clarita who really enjoy showing buyers this beautiful place we live, and helping them to find their dream

home in and around the Santa Clarita area. My background is one of professional sales and marketing for over 20 years prior to becoming a Realtor, so it was a natural progression for me to specialize in corporate relocation. For the last fourteen years, we have been the only Realtors utilized by two relocation companies for the Santa Clarita Valley. During this time, we have helped hundreds of executives in the purchase of their homes on arrival to, and the sale of their home upon departing our area. Our business breaks down to approximately 52% buyers and 48% sellers represented. Our Coldwell Banker office is ranked in the top tier of all Coldwell Banker offices nationwide having won their highest award, the 'Chairman's Circle' award. Personally, we have been awarded the prestigious Coldwell Banker International President's Circle 'Elite' award, as well as being honored by Newhall Land and Farm as top selling agents of new homes in our area. Our office has an advertising and marketing team, a concierge program, in-house escrow and lending services to provide a complete package of services to our clients. Our sales and listings are professionally managed using the latest computer technology. We believe communication is the key, and keep our clients informed throughout the transaction.
