That letter tells you exactly what is shifting in your plan for 2027. Premiums, drug coverage, provider networks. Check all three before you decide to do nothing.

Meet Ivonne Lopez, Client Advocate Specialist at Stevens & Associates Insurance Agency, Inc.

Ivonne was born in Los Angeles, raised in Santa Barbara, and now calls San Diego home. She brings two years of experience working with EDD and is able to assist clients in both English and Spanish.

Outside of the office, Ivonne enjoys getting outdoors, whether that means hiking or spending a day at the beach. She also loves attending concerts and, above all, spending quality time with her family.

Meet Whitney Wood, Client Advocate Specialist at Stevens & Associates Insurance Agency, Inc.

Whitney spent eight years with the Social Security Administration, helping individuals and families while gaining extensive experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and government benefits. That experience gives her a unique understanding of the questions and challenges many of our clients face.

She also holds a degree in Elementary Education and Child Psychology from Adams State University. As a military spouse and mother, Whitney brings a natural sense of patience, compassion, and care to the people she works with.

Outside of work, Whitney enjoys spending time with her family and supporting the people around her.
