The Santa Barbara Harbor & Seafood Festival returns Saturday, October 17, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Santa Barbara Harbor. Enjoy fresh local seafood, meet the fishermen who catch and harvest it, and sample Santa Barbara specialties including lobster, sea urchin, oysters, fish tacos, clam chowder, seafood paella, and more.
