In order to get a house in the current real estate market, we had to be extremely competitive on our loan terms, including offering a short loan contingency. Gabe not only agreed to a quicker release of the loan contingency when the sellers requested it, he got the loan done way ahead of schedule. Working with Gabe made our homebuying process so smooth, it was almost stress-free!

Gabe was very thorough and very patient with us.
We have not bought a home for 25 years so the process has changed dramatically. Gabe walked us through the process and told us up front what documents we would need. We found it very strange why some of the detailed and duplicate info was needed but gave it anyway. Overall he was great and the service was fine
