🎉 JUST FUNDED! Charlotte, NC 🇺🇸🏡

I’m especially happy about this one.

My borrower is a savvy foreign national investor with a strong real estate portfolio in Canada. This was his very first U.S. investment property, and my team and I had the privilege of helping him make it happen.

Foreign national financing can be very different from traditional mortgage financing. Having worked with investors from Europe, West Africa, the Middle East, and Asia, I know what it takes to navigate the process and anticipate the documentation and underwriting requirements.

That experience helped us move this transaction forward and close in record time.

Congratulations to my client on taking the next step in building his international real estate portfolio!

One property. One country. One more step toward a global real estate portfolio. 🌎🏡

Onwards and upwards!

Maman, 17 years feels like 17 seconds…

Every day that goes by without you here with us still carries a pain words cannot fully describe. Your love, your voice, and your presence remain with me always.

I miss you deeply. I love you, Maman. ❤️

Grateful. Honored. Humbled.

As I conclude my year as President of the Rotary Club of Montecito, I’m filled with gratitude for the opportunity to serve such an incredible group of people.

This year taught me that true leadership isn’t about being in front—it’s about serving others, listening, building trust, and making decisions that put the greater good first.

Thank you to every club member for your confidence, encouragement, and friendship. Everything we accomplished was possible because we worked together.

I’m excited to continue serving in my new role as President of our Club Foundation and to help expand our impact in the community.

Service Above Self isn’t just a Rotary motto—it’s a principle I’ll continue to carry forward.

Thank you for being part of this journey. 💙💛
