As I conclude my year as President of the Rotary Club of Montecito, I’m filled with gratitude for the opportunity to serve such an incredible group of people.

This year taught me that true leadership isn’t about being in front—it’s about serving others, listening, building trust, and making decisions that put the greater good first.
