A borrower came to us stuck in a 10.45% hard money loan and facing declines left and right due to a property with 2 APNs under one legal description. Most lenders wanted to split it into two loans, which would have caused long delays.

We found the lender who said YES.
We moved him out of the hard money loan and into ONE DSCR loan at 7.25%, saving him $600+ per month.

The clock is ticking - 12 is the deadline this evening - a trade group just estimated there's an 80% chance of a shutdown.

And while it's a pain in the A, it's not a total show-stopper for housing.
