How to avoid the burn of a looming government shutdown - and of course, the "H" is for housing. Couldn't help myself......apologies for those who may really be suffering.......
The clock is ticking - 12 is the deadline this evening - a trade group just estimated there's an 80% chance of a shutdown.
And while it's a pain in the A, it's not a total show-stopper for housing.
