Jim and team were fantastic. They were quick to respond to inquiries and great at communication. I would very much like to recommend them to clients of mine. I was however very disappointed in Stearns use of Atlas Title. As a Realtor I have used many title companies and the sheer lack of communication and knowledge was very frightening. Otherwise we were more than satisfied.

Being self-employed I never thought we would be able to refinance but Anthony made the process of refinancing both of our homes easy. He was very professional and answered all of our questions. I would definitely recommend Anthony to anyone who needs to finance their home.

Rochelle is extremely knowledgeable in the mortgage finance industry. This coupled with her out of the box thinking is what made our transaction successful. What makes Rochelle stand out above others is her desire to help her customers, her timely responses (which is so critical during this Covid environment ) and her thorough communication skills. She really explained the each step of the process and there were no surprises. Rochelle is a joy to work with!

Rochelle was very proactive, making sure we had information as soon as it was available. She responded promptly to phone and email messages, and took as much time as we needed to make sure we understood the loan process and documents. She even intervened with the TFCU underwriters to waive one of their original requirements.
