Big news! Mortgage rates just 𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁 since early October.
Why? Friday’s jobs report triggered major bond market movement, and that pushed rates down. Most lenders didn’t fully adjust right away, so even a steady market today helped bring rates even lower.
Bottom line: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗺𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘂𝗺 𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝗯𝘂𝘆𝗲𝗿𝘀’ 𝗳𝗮𝘃𝗼𝗿, at least for now.
