This is 38 and I’ve never been happier 🥳 One of the biggest Iessons I’ve learned so far is the value of living life authentically and with purpose. When you give yourself permission to finally be the person you’ve always wanted to be, you naturally find your tribe and life just feels easier. I love all of my friends, my family, my industry peeps, MY DOGS, and my clients. You give my life meaning and I wake up every day grateful for this amazing gift that I all too often take for granted❤️🤗

After I help you purchase your home, I put you on a rate-watch and contact you the moment it makes sense to refinance and lower your rate. I contacted this client who bought her first home with me last year and let her know I could drop her payments by almost $350/month AND let her skip TWO mortgage payments🤯 This refinance just put an extra $8K into her bank account and saves her an additional $4,100 over the next 12 months. Protecting my client’s cash flow is my top priority and I will NOT let you overspend on your mortgage.

Mark came to me because he had a problem. He needed to leverage his home’s equity to pull out cash to consolidate debt and increase his monthly cash flow. The problem was that he’s only owned the home 12 months and didn’t know what it would appraise for or how much he could borrow. I reviewed the comps and found that he had gone up in value $100K in one year🔥 and so we’d be able to pull out exactly the amount he was looking for. The appraisal came in within $10K of what I predicted, and we had his refinanced closed in less than 3 weeks. Thank you for your trust, Mark!
