Think you need income, credit and assets to buy a home?
Actually, you really only need two of the three!
1) No credit score or credit history? This is more common than you might think. Expats and foreigners with a work visa who have verifiable income and at least 20% down can buy a home without any credit score or history!
2) No verifiable income? When alternative income programs like bank statement programs fall short, a buyer with good credit and ample down payment (usually 20%+) can purchase a home with no income documentation whatsoever. These aren’t the old “stated income” programs - Arbor’s “no income” program is just that - a big blank in the income field of the loan application.
3) Zero down home loan program - historically, the VA loan program was about the only program buyers could use to avoid a down payment. But brokers at Arbor Financial Group have access to special “CRA programs” that provide 100% financing to qualified buyers in eligible census tracts.
