Thank you, Valaery, for creating a space where real stories are shared to empower Latina women to take bold leaps of faith in business and in life.

As a first-generation Latina, first in my family to attend college, and someone who had no early guidance in business, the road wasn’t easy. I learned most of my lessons through the HARD KNOCKS of LIFE and looking back, I wouldn’t trade those experiences for anything.

To every woman who feels behind, unqualified, or afraid to start, you are not late, you are being prepared. Your background does not disqualify you. Your RESILIENCE is your advantage.

Valaery Rose is doing powerful work as a consultant, helping women build self-esteem, break through internal limits, and overcome the boundaries that hold them back. We need more spaces like this. We need more women lifting women.

If my story encourages even one woman to bet on herself, then it’s worth sharing.
Latinas, our voices matter, our dreams are valid, and there is room for us at every table.

At the end of the day its the consumer who pays! Insurance companies and state laws make it DIFFCULT for employers to continue to do business in the state of California.
