Qualifications & Experience

✔️ 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, technology, retail, or a similar dynamic environment.
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
✔️ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
✔️ Good written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
✔️ Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
✔️ Min. 2 years on Amazon Seller Central
✔️ Min. experience managing 5+ sellers on the Amazon marketplace
✔️ Complete knowledge of manual and bulk listing (adding new products)
✔️ Proven success running Ads campaigns

• Manage the CEO’s calendar and communications
• Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, hotels, itineraries)
• Record meeting minutes and follow up on action items
• Oversee attendance, leaves, and employee records
• Support payroll with monthly additions and deductions
• Handle petty cash and employee loan requests
• Manage medical and social insurance processes
