About the Job
We've partnered with Amazon Egypt to help them to offer best-selling experience to their Amazon Selling Partners through a dedicated team of account managers whom will be supporting Amazon Selling Partners to grow their business on Amazon and manage the key aspects of their Amazon selling accounts.
Location: Heliopolis
Position Reporting line: Country E-Commerce Sr. Manager
What you will do
• Lead a team of account managers and senior account managers to achieve business plans.
• Drive initiatives to strengthen relationships with major partners and Amazon team.
• Manage critical partners with a high degree of complexity.
• Coach your team to handle end-to-end client relationships including pitching, negotiation, and building long-term profitable relationships.
• Ensure daily, weekly, and month targets are on track and work with each team member to ensure high efficiency and effectiveness..
• Ongoing training and development for your team.
• Maintain granular reporting on team performance.
• Set clear expectations, provide guidance, and ensure the professional development of team members.
• Develop and implement account management strategies to maximize partner success and revenue.
• Personally manage key partners accounts, ensuring growth, satisfaction, and the successful ex*****on of account plans.
• Prepare regular reports on team and account performance for senior management.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute to the development of best practices.
Requirements and skills
• Extensive professional experience (4-6 Yrs), in a complex and dynamic environments ideally in e-commerce, technology, FMCG, retail, or top-management consulting
• Experience managing teams.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Management, Data Science, Engineering, or related degree required
• Demonstrated Analytical ability throughout the professional experience
• Arabic and English excellent written and verbal senior executive communication style
• Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
• Take the initiative and operate with a high degree of autonomy
• Knowledge of Advanced Excel.
