Got clients approved even before selling their present home so they can close on new home, leisurely move into new home, then wait to close on sale of present home when they are READY... not a minute sooner.... Great Borrowers, Title Company, Insurance agent, and Appraisal Waivers make my job EASY ...... Oh.. n i forgot, i'm on vacation and still getting clients taken care of!!! :)

My experience with Oscar has been excellent! We first went to MMO for a refinance and the amount of time and effort Oscar puts in to making sure the transaction goes smoothly really shows. His communication is amazing and can be reached day or night. We went back to Oscar recently for our new home purchase and it was as smooth as the first transaction.
