When your doctor's office advises you to switch insurances or to switch medical groups ask them if you're still going to be able to see all of your other doctors!!! We have a lot of medical offices in the area making recommendations without credentials that can be very problematic for you

Friday 8.28.26 4pm to 7pm
Saturday 8.29.26 1pm to 4pm
Sunday 8.30.26 noon to 3 pm
IF YOU CANT MAKE ANY OF THESE DATES PLEASE CONTACT ALIGNMENT AT 833.242.2223 and request the forms be mailed out to you.
