***Florida Homeowners*** I wanted to share some exciting news!

The Florida Legislature has allocated $280 million for the 2025–2026 fiscal year to fund new Wind-mitigation Inspections and Grants under the My Safe Florida Home (MSFH) Program.

Applications for the My Safe Florida Home Program opens in 3 days on August 4. The program is an opportunity to upgrade your home and make it safer for you and your family for less - you can apply for $10,000 in non-taxable Grant money -- while also lowering your Insurance Premiums.

I encourage eligible Florida Homeowners to go to their website to complete your application as early as possible as GRANTS are awarded on a first come, first served basis and funding is limited to $280 Million.

Side note: when I provided the website on this post, it added the info from 2024 so I left it out to avoid confusion ---- simply Google 'my safe Florida Home' for all the details.
