Wrapping up this school year for , Tyler Buchear has been selected as the Craig Jacobs Farm Bureau Scholar Athlete of the Week. Tyler was on the Track Team and the Football Team. He competed in the 4x100 and 4x200 at the Regional level, and has been selected as a Team Captain on the Football Team for the upcoming year.

For the recipient of the Craig Jacobs Farm Bureau Scholar Athlete Of The Week Award goes to Kate Glasson.

Kate is a Senior who competed in Cross Country & Indoor and Outdoor Track. Kate ran in the 4x400 Relay, 4x800 Relay, and the 800m Run. She competed at the Regional level in the 4x800 Relay. Kate plans to attend UNC in the Fall.

Jaelynn is on the track team and competed in the 100, 200, and 4x100. Her Class Rank is 11 with a remarkable 4.275 GPA. Her Coach said that she is a Hard Worker, Dedicated, Great Student, Team Player, and Does Whatever It Takes.

So, I've got some catching up to do, but finishing out April for , our recipient for Craig Jacobs Farm Bureau Scholar Athlete of the Week is Kenzy Martinez.

Kenzy is a Senior Captain Soccer player who her coach said is Extremely hard working, Dedicated, and never misses practice. In 1 week she scored 2 goals against Jordan Matthews, and against UP she helped to keep their midfield from scoring until the last 10 minutes.

Brayden Shuey plays Tennis and is also on the Swim Team! He is #1 in Doubles each and every single match..and #1 or #2 on the team individually each week.

Not only is he an athletic team leader, Brayden is a true TEAM Leader by encouraging all of his teammates. His coaches describes him as "Always brings his best..his sportsmanship permeates through his teammates. Brayden's always a gentleman, a scholar, and an athlete who will never give up."
