It's sad, but we seem to be having a trend of uninsured drivers this year, About 50% of my most recent customers claims are either hit and runs, or simply uninsured drivers hitting my insureds. Hence, upward insurance rates.

Hey Everyone, We have a pretty cold weather on the way next week. Make sure you turn off the water to your outside water faucets. Make sure you protect your foundation vents. We saw several broken pipe claims in the last light freeze. This one will be colder and longer apparently.

Batton down the hatches everyone... Be safe and FYI Once the water hits the ground and enters the house 99% of the time its considered surface water and there is not coverage.....unless you have flood insurance~~~~~~~
