401GO is a new generation of retirement plans for a new generation of workers. Finally, a simple, affordable 401(k) plan is practical for small businesses!

Millions of families have relied on social security as their only source of retirement income. Less than half of those employed by small businesses have access to a 401(k) or pension plan, meaning that tens of millions will delay retirement, or retire with less than they need. Employer-provided benefits have been inaccessible to so many largely because of prohibitive costs, administrative burdens

and liabilities. The problem is so serious that many states have devised state-run plans to give all employees the ability to prepare for retirement.

401GO was founded to provide working Americans greater financial freedom through inexpensive and worry-free work-sponsored retirement plans. Our founding team is made up of entrepreneurs and business owners that have run multiple small businesses. We understand that most employers know very little about 401(k) plans and are simply looking for a quick, easy to use and affordable solution. While focusing on the needs of a small business we rethought everything from nonsensical industry jargon to the processes in place for setting up and administering a 401(k) plan. We coupled this fresh approach with automation and built a fully integrated and intuitive system that does the work of what is typically done by 3-4 providers. Through all our innovation and efficiency, we save employers and employees money, time and hassle, giving them the opportunity to save for retirement.

In collaboration with Netflix, 401GO will now offer the Netfli(k)! This unique new feature will allow participants to utilize an AI investing tool that will select investments for their retirement portfolio based on their Netflix watching history.

For example, viewers who enjoy cannibalistic thrillers like "Yellowjackets" or post-apocalyptic horrors like "The Walking Dead: Dead City" may be placed in riskier options, while those who prefer heartfelt romances like "Nobody Wants This" or true-life dramas like "The Crown" will be given more conservative funds.

Those unfortunate viewers who regularly consume children’s shows will be given a complimentary custodial IRA account. If you view obviously ridiculous content like "Love is Blind" or "Temptation Island," the AI will assume you are too silly to invest money responsibly, and will shut down your retirement account.

New individual contribution limit: $23,500
But if you're 50 or older: $30,500
Combined employer + employee limit: $70,000

Some retirement savers can make larger 401(k) contributions in 2025 thanks to an obscure change made in the SECURE 2.0 act.
