Paying down car 🚗 loans may not be the best choice. Did you know that?🤔 Your minimum monthly payment is what counts against your debt to income ratio. NOT ❌ the total debt you owe on that car. If you are paying extra towards your car payment but want to buy a home… sometimes it’s better to use that money towards a down payment, rate buy down or closing costs! 💸
