Our good friends Sasha Davis and Jennifer Rubin from Chicago Title Insurance Company - Columbia, SC stopped by our office last week with lunch and a beautiful surprise: an award celebrating 30 years of excellence for Calloway Title and Escrow. 🏆

Thirty days, thirty stories, one simple belief: success means giving back.

Day 30: Calloway Title volunteered at the Greene County Food Pantry in Greensboro, Georgia. This nonprofit has served the community since 2007, distributing food to roughly 1,200 people each month, more than 60% of them seniors and children.

Our National Transaction Coordinator, Alex Hulsey, spent a day packing bags of canned goods, produce, protein and hygiene items, and loading groceries for neighbors waiting under the portico. Each registered family receives around 40 to 50 pounds of food a month.

Some traditions, like giving your time, talent and treasure through acts of service, are worth passing down. 👏

Day 29: Calloway Title served as a Bronze Sponsor of the Greater Atlanta Safari Club International Chapter's Annual Banquet and Fundraiser earlier this year. The club supports wildlife conservation and hunting heritage through research, education and youth programs, including shooting safety training and competitive shooting opportunities for young athletes.

Day 28: We are proud to serve as a Hole Sponsor for the upcoming Greystar Lowcountry Open, a charity pickleball and mini golf event benefiting the PTSD Foundation of America - Camp Hope program. Camp Hope provides interim housing, peer mentoring and support to combat veterans battling post-traumatic stress.

For Calloway Title, the sponsorship reflects a lasting commitment to honoring those who have served our country and standing behind the organizations that help them heal. 💙

Some acts of giving put people in the stands. 🏟️🎟️

Day 27: As part of our 30 Days of Giving, we donated Atlanta Braves tickets to the Veteran Tickets Foundation - Vet Tix. Vet Tix provides free tickets to sporting events, concerts and family activities for active military members, veterans and the families of the fallen, giving them the chance to make memories and reconnect with their communities.

Day 26: Calloway Title is proud to support No Kid Hungry with a donation. 🍽️ This national campaign works to end child hunger in America by partnering with schools and community organizations to fund and expand meal programs, connecting families directly to resources like summer meals and grocery benefits, and advocating for stronger nutrition policy nationwide.

Day 25: Calloway Title serves our industry as frequent speakers for the State Bar of Georgia, the Southeast Land Title Association and various title company seminars, sharing knowledge and expertise to help strengthen the profession.

Day 24: Calloway Title has long supported the Southeast Land Title Association, with a legacy of leadership across the organization. Marcus Calloway was named Title Person of the Year in 2017, Kathryn Stewart in 2019 and George C. Calloway in 2024. Kathryn Stewart served as President from 2008-2009, Amanda Calloway from 2018-2019 and Kyle J. Levstek from 2021-2022.

Today, our team continues to serve on the Membership, Legislative, Advisory Council and Luncheon Committees.💙

Giving back isn't always a donation; sometimes it's years of service. 🛎️

Day 23: Several Calloway Title team members have dedicated years of service to the Real Property Law Section of the Georgia State Bar. Sean Kasper, Associate Counsel, currently serves on the Executive Committee, and Chad Henderson, Managing Attorney, sits on the Advisory Board. Managing Partner Kyle Levstek recently rolled off the Executive Committee after 6 years, and Managing Partner Amanda Calloway rolled off the year before after 10 years on the board, including serving as its Chair.
