A working sump pump can be the difference between a dry basement and costly water damage. Take a few minutes to:
✔️ Test it to ensure it’s running properly.
✔️ Check for any clogs/clean debris from the pit.
✔️ Set reminders on your phone to inspect your sump pump is in working order.
✔️ Purchase a high-water alarm or battery backup.

A little prevention now can save you a major headache this Easter weekend. Keep those basements dry!

We are excited to welcome Sara Rosso to our team as a new Account Manager / Agent!

Having years of experience in the industry, Sara will specialize in servicing our customers with policy changes and renewal reviews to assure that our customers are adequately covered while also paying the least amount possible.

In her free time, Sara enjoys spending time with her two children, Clay and Kendal, gardening, being on the water in the summer, playing with her dogs, and going to concerts.

What she enjoys most about her job is getting to know people on a deeper level and helping protect them from any future problems.

3 years ago, Chase Tucker joined the team at Ball Insurance with the goal of one day owning it. Fast forward to today and he’s not only a hard working co-owner, but he’s an amazing husband and father of two beautiful kids (and a very photogenic dog).

❄️ It’s that time of the year! 🎄

Thanks to the Sandusky Chamber of Commerce, Ball Insurance is participating in the second annual potted Christmas tree raffle to help raise money for next year’s Sandusky Christmas weekend.

It’s very easy to participate:

1) Purchase one ticket for $5 or five tickets for $20 at the office (132 S Elk St)
2) Wait until the drawing on Dec. 17
3) Claim your beautiful tree before Christmas!
