We wanted to make our community aware that an individual, described as a white male, has been traveling on a scooter with a State Farm backpack, going door-to-door offering to sell or give away doorbell cameras.

To our knowledge, this person is not associated with State Farm or our local State Farm agency in any way. State Farm representatives do not conduct door-to-door sales or giveaways like this.

Local law enforcement has been made aware of the situation.

If someone comes to your door claiming to represent State Farm and you are unsure, please don’t hesitate to contact our office to verify before sharing any personal information.
