We’ve been made aware of scammers calling customers and pretending to be from the Sanborn Savings Bank Fraud Department.

The caller may claim there is suspicious activity on your account and ask you to verify personal or account information, provide a code, or take action to “protect” your account.

Please remember:
🔒 Never give out your online banking password, PIN, debit card information, or one-time verification codes to an unexpected caller.
📞 If you receive a suspicious call claiming to be from Sanborn Savings Bank, hang up and call us directly using the phone number on the back of your debit card or our official website.
⚠️ Caller ID can be spoofed. Even if your caller ID says “Sanborn Savings Bank,” it may not actually be us.
