5.0 star review received on Experience.com for Guillermo Santos by Alberto R M - Working with Guillermo and his colleague 'Cynthia Roe', was an amazing experience, from DAY 1, they communicated very well the process, the timeframe they gave me to submit documents, Guillermo explain the portal and made is very user friendly for me. Their constant follow-ups and checking in to let me know where I stranded with the loan. Going over the numbers, their encouragement and reassurance to let me know they are here for me. The entire process was smooth, pleasant, and pretty easy because I never felt stressed or worried because they were driving and looked out for my best interest to assure I got the best loan for the dream home we wanted.
Aside from the business Guillermo and Cynthia were very pleasant to work with, both true professionals and always kept it 100% with me to the point that we built a great rapport as friends as well. I will definitely look to this team of expert professionals for future re-financing and/or perhaps buy more properties as well as recommend my family and friends to this team.
